Warranty

We undertake to restore the product to working order or to replace the damaged product during the warranty period. The warranty period is the period specified by the manufacturer of the product during which this obligation is valid. The warranty does not cover the natural wear and tear of the product.

 

For computers and other electronic goods during the warranty period, please keep the purchase documents and in case of claims submit the goods in the original packaging of the manufacturer.

 

If during the warranty period there are claims about the quality of the purchased product, you should contact the service provider indicated in the warranty certificate or SIA Tomega office with the product, its warranty certificate (purchase card) and payment documents:

Your claims regarding the quality of the purchased goods will be resolved in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 631. "Procedures for filing and reviewing a consumer's claim for a non-compliant product or service".
